King and Link Pin Refurbishing Service

Send your King and Link Pins to Zims for complete refurbishing!  

Our process starts with your parts receiving a thorough cleaning in our parts tumbler/degreasing solution.  After disassembly they are cleaned again, glass bead or aluminum oxide blasted to remove all rust, residual grease and gunk.    

All components are checked in our factory jigs for straightness.  Should you have bent components we have replacements for sale at additional cost.  You can send us your control arms to be checked at no additional cost.    

Once everything is determined to be within specification, we hand fit the bushings, ream and shim as necessary and reassemble to factory specification.  Once all is reassembled spindles are ready for paint.  Powder coating is available at additional cost.  Picture shows bare steel spindles for clarity.  (They are upside down for artistic reasons.)     

All you need to do is add your King Pins to the cart, select your choice of Link Pin Bushing kits;
German Sintered bushings or the same German kit with American made brass bushings  and send us your arms.

Turn around time is usually a week or less.
