Complete kit with High Quality seals, o rings, cotter pin and most importantly The proper Hardened Flat washer. 

This is NOT a cheap VW kit that has inferior parts and a soft flat washer which will cause you unnecessary leaks and trouble. Do it right the first time and be done with it.
