Coil Relocation Kit for 70-83 911 Engines
The SC012 Kit provides the parts to relocate the ignition coil from the fan shroud to the engine compartment relay panel next to the ignition module.
Relocating the coil removes it from the vibration of the engine fan and allows the coil to be mounted with the top up. The kit consists of a spark plug wire long enough to connect the coil to the distributor, a ground wire for the coil primary negative connection and a coil power wire that will connect the coil primary positive connection to the ignition control unit.
